This enables clients to track their calls and enables TSS to provide reports for our clients. All our engineers have a minimum of 15 years industry experience guaranteeing your support query will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
We appreciate that every organisation is unique and will want a different solution. Some clients want a fully outsourced IT function whereby TSS support the whole IT environment whereas other clients have internal IT capabilities but use TSS as a helping hand be it on a contract or ad hoc basis.
In response to market research we have developed a four level support plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that covers 75% of our support contract base.
