Our hardware maintenance contracts provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which guarantees response and repair times. They can be applied at both server and desktop levels to ensure a comprehensive service. Where vendor warranties exist we will manage and fulfil the warranty repair. Support calls can be logged via our helpdesk or via our support portal.
