TSS provide software support at both server and desktops levels.

The service is supported by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensuring that you get the response times you need. Support is provided on a proactive and reactive basis. It is in our interests to proactively maintain your network to a high standard to eliminate any downtime scenarios.

Support calls can be logged by calling or emailing our helpdesk and also via our web based support portal. The support portal provides detail on all your support calls allowing you to track calls and analyse historic calls in order to self-determine common faults.
