BSAC engage with TSS for New SBS2011 Server and IT Support

The British Screen Advisory Council, who are based in London, has engaged TSS to supply and install a new server running Microsoft Small Business Server 2011. As a small organisation BSAC required input from TSS on the options available for their new IT infrastructure. TSS explored all avenues including cloud computing, Microsoft Office 365 and hybrid cloud solutions. After consultation with BSAC it was decided that a staright upgrade from SBS2003 to SBS2011 gave both the functionality and control they wanted whilst providing an incredibly low total cost of ownership over the 5 year lifecycle. The system will enable full remote access for satellite users from laptops, ipads and smart phones. Security will be maintained via Websense cloud email security and data back-up on the TSS CloudStore cloud back-up platform. Along with TSS providing proactive and reactive IT support the system will provide a solid infrastrucutre for a minimum of 5 years.
