If one of our support plans doesn’t fit the bill then we can devise a contract that provides exactly the support cover you need. We have the IT support resource at hand so all you need to do is tell us how you want to use it. There is our IT helpdesk which resolves 80% of our support calls. All support engineers on the IT helpdesk have a minimum of 15 years IT experience. Similarly, if you need a support engineer on-site you can rest assured you will get a friendly, experienced engineer who will be able to help you.

Bespoke contracts can include a “pick and mix” from the support plans as well as additional services and options such as hardware maintenance, limited support hours per month, bespoke response times and non-standard support hours (standard hours 9am-5.30pm).
